On January 24-26, the 8th edition of the ENERGAS 2024 Technical and Scientific Conference “High pressure gas pipelines – new technologies, specialized works, services and gas network infrastructure devices” took place. As in the previous year, ANTICOR had the pleasure of being the main partner supporting this event.
Mr Marcin SŁABY – member of the ANTICOR management board and Technical and Development Director, during the conference had a lecture entitled “Retrowrap technology: innovative protection of steel surfaces in high humidity conditions.”

ANTICOR Sp. z o. o. implements a project that is awarded co-financing from European Funds:

“Introducing robotics and automation in the manufacture of ANTICOR tapes”.

The project is aimed to launch a robotic line designed to automate the manufacture of industrial tapes and thus to directly enhance the production capacity.

Total project value: PLN 869,610.00

EU co-financing of the project: PLN 600,950.00

The seventh edition of the ENERGAS Technical and Scientific Conference was held in the last week of January. ANTICOR was once again a Supporting Partner of the event. It was a great opportunity to exchange experience and knowledge of the gas market situation.

During the conference, Marcin Slaby, ANTICOR Board Member and Technical and Development Director, gave a lecture entitled “Internal and external anticorrosion coatings on steel pipes and pipeline fittings”.

We would like to thank GASCONTROL Poland and the Department of Thermal Engineering for fruitful cooperation!

These types of events are much needed for the development of the entire gas industry. We hope that we will have the opportunity to meet in the near future 🙂

The approaching end of the year is a good time to summarize ANTICOR’s activities. One of the most important projects we completed in 2022 was the acquisition of DEGA-PLUS by ANTICOR, finalized on November 16 this year.

DEGA-PLUS is a manufacturer of factory-made polyethylene insulation of polyurethane and epoxy coatings and a specialist in the application of protective coatings inside steel pipes operates. DEGA-PLUS has been operating is on the market for 30 years.

The acquisition of the company is a new chapter in the development of ANTICOR and it fits in with the strategy of the entire group.  Many years of experience, knowledge of specialists and the range of services offered by DEGA-PLUS gives ANTICOR the opportunity to expand its portfolio.

We would like to thank to all those involved in the acquisition process. We are convinced that the New Year will bring many challenges and ambitious projects which we will implement together.

On January 26-28^th, 2022, the 6th edition of the ENERGAS Technical and Scientific Conference took place. The theme of the event was “High pressure gas pipelines – new technologies, specialist works, services and gas network devices”.
ANTICOR, as a Supporting Partner of the Conference, actively participated in lecture sessions and a discussion panel, while Marcin Słaby, a member of the ANTICOR’s Board and technical and development director, presented the issue of anti-corrosion coatings and their application in the energy industry.

Already on April 1 in Wieliczka starts 6. Rally Memorial of Janusz Kulig and Marian Bublewicz, commemorating these great and tragically deceased Polish drivers. The three-day event will be attended by 43 crews from all over the country.

We were very pleased to present you an innovative device for the preparation of steel surfaces – THE CLEANTECH PREPPER, which received a distinction and medal during the competition for the best product. We invite you to the next edition of the exhibition in 2021!!!

On September 9-13, 2018 in Cracow, the largest European corrosion conference EUROCORR took place. This event is organized annually by the European Corrosion Federation in a member country, together with the national association, a member of the EFC. In Poland, EUROCORR was organized together with the Polish Corrosion Association. During the Congress, we presented 2 lectures by representatives of our company: – 1 Corrosion in the oil and gas industry: Casing Filler technology – lectured by Mr. Marcin Słaby. – 2 Sea corrosion: Corrosion protection of steel elements – lectured by Mr. Tomasz Bochenek. The conference program, apart from the reports submitted by the participants, included plenary and introductory lectures, meetings of all 23 working groups (in 12 parallel sessions) specializing in particular areas of corrosion and workshops specially planned for a given conference edition.

One of the largest international gas conferences and exhibitions in the region of Central and Southeast Europe from 9-11 May in Opatija is expecting the participation of 600 gas and energy experts that include representatives from about 240 companies and organizations, about 60 speakers and more than 40 exhibitors from 20 countries in Europe, the USA and Iran. The influential group from the gas profession will cover a series of topics important for the gas and energy industry, which traverse the entire chain of natural gas as well as key challenges, which will determine the development of the natural gas market in the near future. The ANTICOR company took an active part in this event.
